Bounds…

“She closed her eyes and held all her dreams
between her fingers like a dandelion and just blew it.
She smiled watching it fly through the air,
making everything look beautiful around her
while a tear rolled down her cheek.”
― Akshay Vasu

Just stars dance away with the memories, far bounds to horizons of words,
the colors and smiles keep swirling, light and flimsy like birds,
unending chains of slow minutes keep dimming long gone yesterdays,
just skies can launder the blues,
weaving sweet rest over ways

Wings and clouds give birth to a magical realm of brightness,
a ray of light shines away, calm and soothing, unending
from mist and silence and rain, a voice of an infinite now
that clears any regret,
all shadows and any sad ending

The moon caresses my forehead with slivers from a tale untold,
from lines of a hazy “has been” some truth begins to arise,
a hesitant smile, and blue, with shreds of flight that unfold
both sweetness and bitterness, sadness,
all everlasting and wise

A shimmer anew swiftly crosses the starry meadows of longing,
far bounds awaken again,
thwarting horizons and dawning…

All colors and wings that have soared strip all their clouds away,
both then and real and now have been
just a terrible play

What pages rewrite the infinity?…
What shadows unravel the evening?…

Beyond yesterday’s steps and today’s,
fickle and transient,
fleeting…

    1. Happy you do, Brian, thank you. Sometimes images are so lovely… it is nice to try to put into words the feelings and imaginings they give when you look at them, as if they are of another realm 🙂
